At FAO Schwarz, we want your fashion finds to inspire wonder and joy; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and signature packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original FAO Schwarz shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
